Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy, integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web3 innovations
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market impact
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems aligned with ESG 2030 goals
- Present quarterly strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with ROI projections
- Mentor innovation labs focused on human-AI symbiosis and ethical tech deployment
- Forge partnerships with quantum research labs and AI ethics consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record launching products with 7-figure+ revenue from R&D to market
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing principles and AI ethics governance
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
