Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technology adoption, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Edge Computing) for potential integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard future data ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for future readiness.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
