Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Oversee research and development (R&D) initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive leadership.
- Establish technical standards and best practices for scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and leading large-scale transformations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Architecture, or Next-Gen Computing.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
