Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- Architect scalable solutions for future market demands, specifically focusing on AI integration and Web3 readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies, establishing proof-of-concepts for adoption.
- Define technical standards and governance for the next generation of our platform.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or future tech strategy.
- Proven track record of roadmapping technology initiatives 3+ years into the future.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Enterprise Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with SEO and data-driven decision-making is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
