Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 goals, focusing on AI acceleration and sustainable tech ecosystems.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in emerging fields such as Autonomous Agents and Edge Computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can handle high-velocity data and complex computational loads.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Prototype Development: Lead the creation of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions that demonstrate the viability of next-generation technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends and translate them into practical engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from concept to deployment.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
