Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to architect the technological landscape for our company in 2026 and beyond. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between emerging trends in Generative AI, decentralized Web3 ecosystems, and immersive Spatial Computing experiences.
As the architect of our 2026 roadmap, you will not just predict trends; you will define them. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to build products that are secure, scalable, and revolutionary.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Translate emerging tech trends into actionable product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Lead AI & GenAI Integration: Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents across our platform.
- Web3 Infrastructure: Architect secure, scalable blockchain solutions and smart contract ecosystems.
- Spatial Computing Strategy: Lead the design and implementation of XR/AR experiences (Vision Pro, Quest, etc.) for enterprise applications.
- Tech Stack Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards for future-proofing our technology.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with a focus on emerging tech.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning models for enterprise use.
- Web3 Knowledge: Proficiency with Solidity, Rust, or other Web3 languages, and a strong grasp of DeFi and NFT standards.
- Spatial Computing: Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or Apple’s RealityKit for XR development.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams through rapid technological change.
