Responsibilities

- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
- Oversee cybersecurity and data privacy protocols aligned with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations and adopting cutting-edge technologies.
- Deep expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of blockchain and quantum computing trends for future readiness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
