Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise-scale AI optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Create machine learning models leveraging quantum parallelism for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum solutions into legacy AI infrastructure
- Author peer-reviewed research on quantum neural networks and QML frameworks
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
