Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and implement high-level architectural strategies for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technology Roadmap: Define and drive the long-term technology vision for 2026, evaluating emerging tech stacks (e.g., next-gen neural networks, edge computing).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects to prototype breakthrough technologies before they hit the market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI systems are developed responsibly, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
