Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Vision for 2026, aligning technical strategies with long-term business goals.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and edge computing.
- Architect robust, scalable software solutions that support enterprise-grade growth.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
- Establish best practices for security, data privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technology strategy for a major organization or product line.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration strategies and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with futuristic tech stacks and scalable distributed systems.
