Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and performance at scale.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototype Next-Gen Tech: Hands-on development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies including AI integration and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex 2026 vision into executable technical specifications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the design and deployment of microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, best practices, and review processes to maintain code quality and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong grasp of functional programming paradigms.
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML frameworks, blockchain, or quantum computing concepts is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles.
