Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive product innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Executive leadership, to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and future-readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with a specific focus on AI or Enterprise Systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major technical transformations or complex product launches.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system scalability.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
