Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the company's evolution through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Computing integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical innovations into business value.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation decentralized architectures.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists.
- Identify regulatory and ethical hurdles in emerging tech deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership or product strategy roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing them successfully.
- Deep expertise in Python, Machine Learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the AI or Blockchain sector is highly preferred.
