Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions.
- Assess market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic technological advantages.
- Oversee the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure scalability and security.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on cutting-edge practices and future-proof coding standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations or defining multi-year roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) architectures.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth technology environment.
