Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning with company-wide strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to research and integrate breakthrough technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) into core products.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats for the upcoming years.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate technical visions and secure necessary resources.
- Oversee the development of pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for futuristic technologies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams through digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with specific interest in AI and automation trends for 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
