Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 strategic technology roadmap, aligning R&D initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads focused on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Web technologies.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify high-value opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for experimental 'moonshot' projects.
- Pilot and prototype future product concepts, managing the transition from theoretical models to market-ready solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or product management.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering disruptive, scalable solutions.
