Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a strategic technology roadmap focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Pioneer New Frontiers: Lead R&D initiatives to explore and validate emerging technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- System Design: Design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and complex computations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and align technology strategies with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
