Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning AI initiatives with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design for scalable, next-generation AI systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical excellence.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies.
- Oversee R&D projects focused on quantum computing and advanced neural networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic planning.
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go) and AI frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
