Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure systems capable of handling future growth and emerging data paradigms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine their viable application in our product suite.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and AI integration patterns.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
