Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 5+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and distributed systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech from concept to market
- Experience securing federal grants and corporate partnerships
