Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 roadmap for workforce transformation and digital adoption.
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, automation, VR) to identify strategic opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D to design upskilling and reskilling programs tailored to future skill gaps.
- Lead cross-functional pilot programs to test new ways of working and scale successful initiatives.
- Measure and report on the impact of digital transformation initiatives on productivity and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Digital Transformation, or Organizational Development.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-of-work strategies in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with AI integration tools and workflow automation platforms.
