Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market trends
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of future-tech initiatives on business growth
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum algorithms, or decentralized systems
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional, FTI)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or innovation grants
- Exceptional presentation skills with Fortune 500 executive experience
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
