Responsibilities
- Architect and develop low-latency neural signal processing pipelines using Python and C++.
- Design secure and scalable middleware for real-time data transmission between neural implants and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to translate biological signals into actionable software algorithms.
- Optimize firmware for low-power consumption in wearable neural devices.
- Maintain rigorous data privacy and security standards in accordance with HIPAA and emerging AI regulations.
- Prototype novel user interfaces for brain-controlled applications.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in signal processing, machine learning, or embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA for high-performance computing.
- Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Matplotlib) for real-time telemetry.
- Strong understanding of neuro-anatomy and BCI hardware integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
