Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap spanning AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers to prototype future-facing solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through compelling pitches to executive stakeholders
- Drive implementation of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor next-gen talent through internal innovation incubator programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated success securing venture funding or corporate R&D budgets
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
