Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning tech initiatives with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead Research and Development initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Mentor and build a high-performing team of futurists and technical innovators.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic innovation or R&D role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion.
