Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and neural interfaces
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation trends
- Spearhead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-proof digital ecosystems
- Monitor breakthrough developments in biotech, nanotechnology, and climate tech
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Present findings at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants or venture funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging tech frameworks
