Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026-forward tech roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Secure and manage $2M+ in R&D funding through federal grants and private partnerships
- Lead agile teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption and decentralized AI systems
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford labs to commercialize breakthrough research within 12-month cycles
- Present tech visions to C-suite executives and industry conferences (CES, Web Summit)
- Develop ESG-compliant tech frameworks for carbon-negative computing solutions
- Build patent portfolios for emerging technologies with 15+ annual filings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in future-tech strategy or quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent with published research in Nature/Science
- Track record of securing $1M+ in R&D grants (NSF, DoD, EU Horizon)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, federated learning, and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Public speaking record at major tech conferences (TED, DEF CON)
