- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business growth targets
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all development cycles
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor talent in emerging technology disciplines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling transformative products from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Strong background in sustainable technology implementation
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
