Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps
- Secure and manage $50M+ innovation grants from federal/state programs
- Architect proof-of-concepts for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy futuristic solutions
- Present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging tech domains
- Drive patent portfolios with 15+ filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers or equivalent patents
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Deep network with DARPA, NSF, and EU Horizon programs
