Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech leadership

- Expertise in strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling technical teams from 10 to 100+ members
