- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for future-focused product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$50M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ disruptive technology implementations
- Experience scaling innovation teams from concept to commercialization
