Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies through market research, competitive analysis, and patent monitoring
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization, ensuring technical feasibility and market viability
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building and scaling high-performing innovation teams
