- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Partner with VCs and academic institutions to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Champion sustainable tech initiatives aligned with 2030 climate goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record launching quantum or AI-first products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Published research or patents in quantum computing or human-AI interaction
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive/board communication skills
