Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the high-level technical vision for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI, Quantum-ready architectures, and Web3 integration.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in Cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex software products from concept to launch.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
