- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures capable of supporting 2026-scale data loads and complex neural networks.
- Lead R&D Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI, Generative Models) and integrate them into our product roadmap.
- Strategic Visioning: Translate abstract 2026 technology trends into concrete technical roadmaps and product specifications for engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to ensure technical feasibility and high-impact delivery.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or systems architecture with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with LLMs and Generative AI is essential.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and mentor junior developers.
- Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
