- Lead AI Integration: Direct the roadmap for integrating generative AI and machine learning models into core business workflows.
- Predictive Modeling: Spearhead initiatives that utilize big data to forecast market trends and operational shifts.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic goals into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to foster innovation.
- R&D Oversight: Manage research and development projects focused on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, AI/ML, or strategic technology planning.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic architecture certification is a plus.
