Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, aligning long-term innovation goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Predictive Analytics, Spatial Computing) into our core product suite.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof microservices and cloud architectures that can handle next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead internal research initiatives and hackathons focused on 'future-state' problem solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Skills: Strong background in Machine Learning pipelines, Data Science architectures, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into competitive business advantages.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
