Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap aligned with the company’s vision for 2026.
- Lead the design and deployment of Generative AI architectures that enhance productivity and creativity across all departments.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing concepts into current software stacks to prepare for future scalability.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and ethical AI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify high-impact use cases for advanced automation and decision support systems.
- Establish and enforce rigorous data governance and security protocols for all AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architectural role within the AI sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and neural network architectures.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., quantum algorithms, edge AI) for practical application.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
