Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient, scalable system architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for our proprietary 2026 platform, ensuring future-proofing against rapid technological obsolescence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of AI researchers and frontend engineers to deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research into emerging technologies such as Neural Networks, Edge Computing, and Distributed Ledgers.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to our next-generation microservices ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and edge computing architectures is a major plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
