Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Quantum Algorithms.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting future workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product management, engineering, and designâto integrate futuristic tech into current product lines.
- Evaluate and validate new technologies, providing feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
- Stay ahead of global tech trends, ensuring Apex Innovations remains a pioneer in the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or R&D management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML frameworks and Quantum Computing architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation.
