Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for future product releases, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced generative AI and autonomous agents into core business workflows.
- System Scalability: Engineer resilient, high-performance cloud architectures capable of handling millions of concurrent interactions.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with research teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future systems adhere to the highest security standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to foresee industry trends and proactively adapt technical roadmaps to meet future market demands.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
