Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for integrating autonomous AI agents and next-gen predictive models into our product suite.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, resilient systems capable of handling real-time data streams and complex decision-making algorithms.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs to validate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) before commercialization.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive innovations that could redefine our market position by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Proof of Concepts: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes for future product iterations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterās degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating long-term technology trends into actionable product roadmaps.
- Agentic AI: Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and autonomous agent workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
