Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Next-Gen Cloud Architecture.
- R&D Leadership: Prototype and evaluate cutting-edge technologies to determine feasibility for enterprise implementation.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor the global technology landscape to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our industry.
- Strategic Advisory: Advise the C-Suite and product teams on long-term technology investments and innovation cycles.
- Patent Strategy: Spearhead the development of intellectual property related to proprietary future-tech solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic concepts into current product pipelines.
- Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate R&D resources towards high-impact, long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate technological shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Project Management: Experience managing large-scale, long-term R&D projects and cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
