Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Decentralized Systems.
- Architect scalable, future-proof solutions that withstand the demands of the next decade.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and engineeringâto drive innovation.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party futuristic technologies into our existing stack.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals and their potential applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical plans.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing engineering teams.
