Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Architect scalable system solutions that leverage emerging technologies to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies, ensuring they align with business goals and security standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept implementations for futuristic technology stacks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
