Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof AI architectures for 2026 deployment.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating cutting-edge machine learning models into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize existing systems for high-performance computing and energy efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., 6G, Quantum-ready infrastructures) and assess their impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams.
