Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption aligned with 5-year industry evolution trends
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech interfaces
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech solutions
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision into technical requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and quantum computing fundamentals
- Published research or patents in future technology domains preferred
- Strong background in ethical tech design and responsible innovation frameworks
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit or equivalent) or neuromorphic systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale future-tech implementations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy implications
