Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning innovation with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies, including Neural Interfaces and Autonomous Systems.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in senior technical leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering innovative tech solutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or Quantum Algorithms.
