Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the '2026 Horizon' initiative, aligning business goals with engineering capabilities.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation AI-driven systems, ensuring scalability and security.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to cloud-native environments optimized for high-performance computing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate futuristic visions into tangible, executable technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
