Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-level infrastructure
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate market disruptions
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
